Locally sourced Rainbow Carrots from Keep It Real Vegetables make up the majority of this flavor. We dry roasted them (without oil) to bring out their bittersweet earthy notes, we then paired the infusion with a good amount of fresh turmeric.

Turmeric is used widely as a spice in South Asian and Middle Eastern cooking. We choose Turmeric specifically to pair with these carrots for it's distinct bold spiciness.

These flavors pair well with warm autumn spices, citrus and dairy which you'll see featured in each of the recipes we've included.
