Hibiscus and Yuzu
Hibiscus flourishes in tropical and subtropical regions of the world and is the national flower of Malaysia and South Korea. Hibiscus flowers have a tart, almost-cranberry like flavor with bittersweet notes.
The Yuzu grows wild in central China and Tibet and is a common ingredient in Japanese cuisine - the flavor is tart and fragrant, closely resembling the grapefruit, with overtones of mandarin orange.
Hibiscus & Yuzu is bright, refreshing, tart & bitter - our kind of flavor. We hope you enjoy experimenting with this beautiful combination.
This flavor is seasonal and available every summer from June - September or until it sells out.
