Utah celery has a bold, crisp bitterness that is salty & savory, and very “green” and herbaceous - when paired with the green coriander’s floral notes this flavor is full of citrus and curry - it’s bright, vegetal and bitter.
This flavor is seasonal and available every Spring from March - May or until it sells out.
Suggested uses:
Drinks: Vodka, gin, rum, tequila, aquavit. Cocktail ideas: Bloody Mary, Pimms Cup, Gimlet, Martini, Margarita
