Royal Empress

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz strawberry-infused Campari*

  • 1 oz Prosecco

  • 1/2 gin

  • 1/4 vanilla bean syrup

  • 2 dashes Rhubarb & Sea Salt bitters

  • Top w/club soda

  • garnish: fresh strawberry & mint

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients except club soda to a wine goblet

  2. add ice & stir

  3. top with club soda & garnish

*strawberry-infused Campari

  • to 8 oz of Campari add 1 pint of hulled & chopped strawberries

  • infuse in the refrigerator overnight

  • after 24 hours, strain out strawberries

  • keep Campari in fridge - it should last for several months
