Royal Empress
Ingredients:
1 oz strawberry-infused Campari*
1 oz Prosecco
1/2 gin
1/4 vanilla bean syrup
2 dashes Rhubarb & Sea Salt bitters
Top w/club soda
garnish: fresh strawberry & mint
Instructions:
Add all ingredients except club soda to a wine goblet
add ice & stir
top with club soda & garnish
*strawberry-infused Campari
to 8 oz of Campari add 1 pint of hulled & chopped strawberries
infuse in the refrigerator overnight
after 24 hours, strain out strawberries
keep Campari in fridge - it should last for several months
