2 oz Anejo tequila
1/4 oz agave syrup
3 dashes Rhubarb & Sea Salt bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice & stir for 10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with a fresh lemon peel.
