Little Talks
Ingredients:
1 oz gin
1 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 oz rosemary simple syrup
4 dashes Rhubarb & Sea Salt bitters
Top w/Prosecco
garnish: grapefruit wedge & rosemary sprig
Instructions:
Add all ingredients except prosecco to a cocktail shaker
Fill shaker with ice, shake for 15 seconds
Strain cocktail into collins or rocks glass with fresh ice
Slowly & gently top the cocktail with prosecco
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge & rosemary sprig (optional)
