Coconut Curry Sour

 

Ingredients

2.5 oz Shochu*
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
Pinch of Salt
5 sleeves Thai Curry Bitters

Top with Coconut Water

Garnish: Lime Wedge

Glassware: Collins

  1. Add all ingredients except coconut water to a cocktail shaker

  2. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds

  3. Double strain into Collins glass over fresh ice, top with coconut water & garnish w/citrus or herbs

*can use gin, vodka or blanco tequila instead
