Solstice Martini

Ingredients

2 oz Savory Dry Gin*
1 oz Dry vermouth
1 bar spoon white wine vinegar

4 Sleeves Summer Solstice Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil Bitters
Garnish: Cherry Tomato or lemon peel

Glassware: Chilled Nick & Nora

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and stir for 15 seconds until chilled

2. Strain into a chilled glass & garnish
