Smoke & Sour Julep

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon

• 1/4 oz honey syrup

• 3 sleeves Summer Solstice Tamarind & Chipotle Bitters* 

• Basil 

Instructions

1. In a highball glass or julep mug, muddle the herbs & syrup

2. Add the bourbon & bitters and pack tightly with crushed ice, stir

3. Add more ice to form a dome, garnish with herbs, chipotle powder & another sleeve of bitters
