Equinox Martini

Ingredients

• 2 oz London Dry Gin

• 1 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth

• 2 sleeves Spring Equinox Orange Caraway Bitters

Instructions

1. Stir all ingredients over ice

2. strain into chilled coupe or martini glass

3. Express orange peel over glass and place on top
