Grilled Peaches

 

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs Butter

  • 2 tbs Tamarind paste

  • Maple syrup

  • Pinch Sea salt

  • 2 sleeves Summer Solstice Tamarind & Chipotle Bitters

  • 2 Peaches

Instructions

  1. In a pot combine butter, salt, maple syrup, and tamarind paste over low heat until everything is combined.

  2. Turn off heat, whisk in bitters

  3. While that cools down, cut peaches in half and remove the pit.

  4. Glaze peaches with mixture on both sides and grill until tender
