Sassy Sidecar - Cocktail

 

Ingredients

1 oz Rye Whiskey

1 oz Cognac

1/2 oz Dry Curacao

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Maple Syrup

4 sleeves Winter Solstice Sarsaparilla

Bitters

Pinch of Salt

Glassware: Rocks

Garnish: Lemon Peel

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice & shake for 15

seconds. Pour all contents (including ice) into a rocks glass, add more ice if needed. Garnish with a lemon peel expressed over the top and placed inside.
