Winter Remedy - Cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz Aged Rum

1/2 oz Amaro Montenegro

1 barspoon Fig Jam

4 sleeves Winter Solstice Sarsaparilla Bitters

Absinthe Rinse

Glassware: Nick & Nora

Garnish: Orange peel or Fig

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice & stir until jam is fully incorporated. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with an orange peel, or fresh or dried Fig placed inside.
