A variety of dehydrated fruit, mostly citrus, in reusable jars. We dehydrate all of our fruit right here in “the lab” using only the finest quality fresh and in-season fruit.

Dehydrated fruit makes for a perfectly simple garnish for drinks, cakes or desserts, you can used them in cooking to add a punch of citrus, or they're just great for snacking too.

We have 9 varieties available:

• Mixed Citrus: a jar containing a variety of dehydrated citrus, which may include - navel oranges, cara cara oranges (when available), blood oranges (when available), lemons, and limes.

• Just Lemons: a jar of dehydrated lemons

• Just Oranges: a jar of dehydrated naval oranges

• Just Blood Oranges: a jar of dehydrated blood oranges

• Just Cara Cara Oranges: a jar of dehydrated cara cara oranges

• Just Limes: a jar of dehydrated limes

• Just Grapefruit: a jar of dehydrated pink grapefruits

• Just Apples: a jar of LOCALLY grown dehydrated apples from Pyne Farms

Ingredients: each jar contains just dehydrated fruit in the flavor indicated on the jar with absolutely nothing else added, yum!
