Grapefruit Rosemary

Grapefruit Rosemary made its first debut in December of 2019 as part of the Bitters Lab Club™ (our quarterly subscription service).

This flavor is intensely bitter, and a touch floral with hints of pine and a bright citrusy finish. These are the flavors of winter in one little bottle.

Available every winter from December - March or until it is sold out.

 

Try It In

Food:

  • Excellent in baked goods and frostings

  • Great with fish, grilled veggies, chicken, & pork

  • Makes the most delightful vinaigrette

Drinks:

  • Rum, whiskey, brandy, scotch, gin, vodka, beer & champagne

  • Makes a delightful Winter daiquiri or champagne cocktail!

 

Behind the Bitters

Beautiful, fresh, and in-season pink grapefruits are paired with fresh rosemary we grow ourselves in our little garden plot outside the lab.

Gentian root, dried grapefruit we process in house, and a few other select herbs, spices, bitter roots & barks make this flavor one that brings a bright & fresh flavor to those cold winter months.
