Sweet Ricotta Spread
1 cup ricotta
1 tsp good olive oil
1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
1 tsp local honey
1 TBS Grapefruit Rosemary bitters
sea salt & ground pepper
In a food processor, puree the ricotta, honey, olive oil & bitters until smooth.
Scrape into a medium bowl, stir in chopped rosemary & season generously with salt and pepper.
