We didn’t hide the sarsaparilla with other flavors like ginger, molasses, licorice or sassafras - these bitters are a simple combination of real Sarsaparilla root, vanilla beans, and a few herbs and spices—that’s it!

These bitters have that distinct & delicious sarsaparilla soda scent with notes of sweet wood and wintergreen, plus a mild earthy and root-forward undertone.

Use in coffee, tea, & sparkling water. Great with aged spirits especially rum & cognac. Try in savory glazes, marinades, and sauces. And use in just about any baked good!
