Chocolate Chip Oat Balls

 

Ingredients:

2 cups Rolled Oats

1⁄2 tsp Salt

1/2 TBS Cinnamon

1 TBS ground Flaxseed

1⁄3 Cup of Coconut Oil

1⁄3 Cup Maple Syrup

1/2 cup nut butter (we used Cashew)

1/2 cup chocolate chips

2 tsps Winter Solstice Sarsaparilla Bitters

Instructions:

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined

  2. Cover the mixing bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours

  3. Once chilled, roll into mixture into 1-inch balls & set onto a parchment lined tray or tupperware container

  4. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve

  5. Keeps for 2 week refrigerated or freeze for up to 3 months

    1. Simply remove from the freezer 1 hour before enjoying

These make a great and quick breakfast snack!
