Lime Leaf Daiquiri

Ingredients

• 2 oz rhum agricole (or silver rum)

• 1 oz fresh lime juice

• 3/4 oz simple syrup

• 4 sleeves Summer Solstice Lime Leaf bitters

Instructions

1. add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

2. add ice & shake vigorusly for 15 seconds

3. double strain into a chilled coupe

4. garnish with a dried lime wheel
