Mango & Mustard Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cup Mango Puree
1/4 cup creamy Dijon Mustard
3 TBS Mayonnaise (or vegan alternative)
1 tsp Chili Flakes
1 TBS Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
1 TBS Summer Solstice Mango & Thai Chili Bitters

add all ingredients to a blender or food processor & blend until smooth & creamy
keep refrigerated in airtight container for 2-4 weeks
Serving Suggestions
Use as a marinade for chicken, pork, steak, grilled salmon, or veggies
Put on grilled or roasted potatoes
spread it on a summer turkey sandwich
add some oil & vingegar and make it into a delightful summer salad dressing
Use it for dipping:
breaded chicken fingers / wings,
vegan chicken tenders
veggie sticks
chips
fries
corn dogs!
