Mango & Mustard Dipping Sauce

 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mango Puree

  • 1/4 cup creamy Dijon Mustard

  • 3 TBS Mayonnaise (or vegan alternative)

  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes

  • 1 TBS Lemon Juice

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 TBS Summer Solstice Mango & Thai Chili Bitters

  • add all ingredients to a blender or food processor & blend until smooth & creamy

  • keep refrigerated in airtight container for 2-4 weeks

Serving Suggestions

  • Use as a marinade for chicken, pork, steak, grilled salmon, or veggies

  • Put on grilled or roasted potatoes

  • spread it on a summer turkey sandwich

  • add some oil & vingegar and make it into a delightful summer salad dressing

  • Use it for dipping:

    • breaded chicken fingers / wings,

    • vegan chicken tenders

    • veggie sticks

    • chips

    • fries

    • corn dogs!
