Ingredients

  • 2 oz cognac

  • 2 tea bags (any kind)

  • 1 small wedge of lemon

  • 1/4 oz honey

  • 3 sleeves Autumn Equinox Chai bitters

  • garnish: lemon wedge & spices

Add honey & hot water half way full to a coffee mug, stir
then add tea bags & let steep for recommended time

remove tea bags then add rest of the ingredients, stir again just to combine garnish with a lemon wedge & spices
