FUN STUFF you should know about!
We’re partnering with Sugar House Distillery for another barrel-aged bitters project! They dropped off a recently emptied Rye barrel to us in August and at the end of September we put a special batch of Apricot Vanilla in it - it’ll rest in there for at least a year!
Speaking of barrels… our barrel-aged gin bitters in partnership with Beehive Distilling are coming out of the barrel NEXT WEEK! Exact release date is expected for early December, OMG!!! More details coming soon.

UPCOMING VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS
October, November & December virtual classes are open for registration!
Our Entertaining starts on October 12. We’ll make savory dishes from appetizers to marinades, easy & delightful desserts, and some super fun cocktails that can easily be batched and made ahead for easy-peasy entertaining!
In November we’ll talk all about the Flip, a classic cocktail style using egg or cream, or both! It’s a 2-part series and will be a whole lotta fun!
And in December we’ll be hosting our first Vermouth Series, starting on December 7th.

RECIPE
It’s Brandy season, y’all - try this delightful cocktail!
FIND YOUR KIND
2 oz Brandy or Cognac
1 oz sweet vermouth
1/2 oz dry vermouth
3 dashes Plum & Oak bitters
Garnish: orange twist
add all ingredients to a mixing glass
add ice & stir
strain into chilled coupe garnish with orange twist
