Hello there friends & welcome to our November newsletter,

We have a lot going on in the month check it all all out below!

· We closed out our 8th summer at the Downtown SLC Farmers Market Season at the end of October, THANK YOU all for making it our best season yet!! We’ll be participating in a few Winter Markets at the Gateway on the following dates & hope to see you there:

UPCOMING VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS

November & December virtual classes are open for registration now, more details are below.

This month we’re teaching our first-ever FLIP class. If you’re feeling nervous about this classic cocktail style, (where egg or cream are used as part of the drink), then this is the class for you because we’ll be telling you all about this unique style of drink + we’ve included vegan & egg-free options too!

It’s going to be a blast - we promise! Class starts November 16th, don’t delay!


SELF LOVE

2 oz Pisco
1 oz lime juice
1/2 oz vanilla simple syrup 1 egg white*
2 dashes Plum & Oak bitters
Garnish: bitters on top

·     add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker & dry shake for 15 seconds

·     remove lid, add ice and shake again for another 15 seconds

·     double strain into chilled coupe garnish with drops of bitters placed on top
