Aromatic Bitters Cocktails

 

POMEGRANATE SPRIZ

  • 1.5 oz gin

  • 1 oz pomegranate juice

  • 1/4 oz simple syrup

  • 2 dashes Aromatic bitters

  • Top w/black cherry sparkling water (we like Waterloo)

Add all ingredients except sparkling water to a large wine goblet, fill with ice and stir.

Top with sparkling water.

Garnish with cocktail cherry & fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary.

THE BITTERS LAB OLD FASHIONED

2 oz whiskey
1/4 oz simple syrup
1 dash Aromatic Bitters
3 dashes Charred Cedar + Currant Bitters
Garnish: orange peel & cocktail cherry

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice, stir just to combine
Strain into old fashioned glass over large ice cube

Express an orange peel over the glass & place inside or on rim of glass

REALITY IN MOTION

  • 2 oz whiskey

  • 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz pineapple juice

  • 1/4 oz honey syrup

  • 4 dashes Aromatic bitters

  • Top w/dry champagne

Add all ingredients except champagne to cocktail shaker, add ice & shake for 10 seconds.

Strain into rocks glass with fresh ice, top with champagne. Express a lemon peel over the top, rub the rim of the glass with lemon peel & place on top.

 

CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

  • 1/2 oz Waterpocket Notom Amaro, chilled

  • 1/4 oz demerara syrup, chilled

  • 2 dashes Aromatic bitters

  • Top w/very cold dry champagne

Add pre-chilled ingredients: amaro, syrup & bitters to a chilled champagne flute.

Top with ice cold champagne, gently stir to combine, garnish with cocktail cherry.
