Happy February!

Hi, and welcome to our March Newsletter, 

We’re celebrating Women’s History Month with a few incredible virtual cocktail classes; Women in History & our Virtual Event with Victoria Eady Butler… even our virtual St. Patrick’s inspired cocktail class will feature women! 

We’re also diving into the mountain of books we picked up to further our research into how Women have played a part in the bar & beverage industry since the beginning of time, and we’re excited to read this Tales of the Cocktail article.

Workshops

We have no shortage of classes this month, we hope to see you soon!

  • Our first in what will be a very long-standing series of “Women In History” cocktail classes is coming up this week, Friday, March 4th - in support of Women’s History Month! 

  • Advanced Cocktail Techniques, a 3-part series with our friend Chris Panarelli starts on Tuesday, March 8th. This class will be fun, and pretty different than what we typically get up to.

  • Of course we didn’t forget about St. Patrick’s Day! We’ll be gathering to make some cocktails inspired by this Irish Holiday and have two classes for this one:

    • Our FIRST in-person class in exactly two years will be at 3 cups Coffee on Monday, March 14th, register here

    • And a virtual version of this same class will be on Wednesday March 16th

  • Finally, on Wednesday, March 23rd we’ll close out Women’s History Month with a virtual event featuring Victoria Eady Butler, Master Blender for Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey. This event will be in support of our brand new Uncle Nearest Barrel Aged Bitters.

We announced the release of a very special, limited-edition bottle of Barrel Aged Apple Bitters in partnership with our friends from Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey - it’s a project nearly 6 months in the making and one we’re really, super duper proud of!

The New Bitters Lab Club™ flavor comes out this month, and damn, are we excited about this perfect spring flavor!

We don’t know about you but we are so excited to finally have some warmer weather, new Bitters Lab Club™ Flavors and fun things to experiment with! 

Beetroot & Fennel drops on March 20th!

There’s nothing more exciting than a change of seasons and we can’t wait to share this new flavor with you!


Our Spring Flavors are available now! 

Get ‘em while supplies last; our popular spring seasonal flavors from our standard line-up (not part of the BL Club) are Celery & Coriander, and Rhubarb & Sea Salt!

In our Celery & Coriander (one of our founder’s personal favorites!) we use locally grown Utah Celery from BUG Farms & coriander from Keep it Real Vegetables. 

Our Rhubarb & Sea Salt has some briny locally sourced salt, and beautiful locally grown Rhubarb from Keep it Real Vegetables!
