Hello there friends,
Welcome to our September newsletter! September is our favorite month because it’s almost Autumn and that means NEW FLAVORS!!
First, our two Autumn seasonal flavors are back; Plum & Oak, and Apricot Vanilla. Available now - get ‘em while they last!
Plus it also means another NEW Bitters Lab Club™ flavor, CHAI BITTERS! This flavor drops on September 22nd, 2022! We can’t wait to share it with you.
MORE CLASSES:
We have one class this month, our first ever Brandy & Cognac series - we’ll get together Wednesday nights for 2 weeks to learn about Brandy & Cognac, what the difference is between the two, how this unique spirit is made, where it originated and more! Class starts Wednesday, September 7th - see you then!
Our Entertaining Series starts on October 12th, this will be a 3-week food & drink series using bitters, all geared towards holiday entertaining. We’ll make everything from batched cocktails, to appetizers and desserts. This class is going to be a blast, we cannot wait!
We also have a new & updated Happy List for you!

This comedy video on how dreams are created, LOL
We made our return to Craft Lake City last month after a 2 year hiatus, it was truly such a blast! We wanted to thank you all for coming out to support us!
We’re partnering with Sugar House Distillery for another barrel-aged bitters flavor. They dropped off a VERY recently emptied Rye barrel to us last week. Once the bitters are in the barrel (soon) we’ll announce the flavor and release date.
Speaking of barrels… our barrel-aged gin bitters in partnership with Beehive Distilling are coming along nicely - the bitters have been in there since April. Release date is still undetermined, but don’t worry, you’ll be the first to know when they’re ready!
