Lust Under my Skin
1.5 oz silver rum
1.5 oz dry vermouth
3/4 oz pineapple syrup * 1/2 oz lemon juice
2 dashes Pineapple Clove bitters
garnish: fresh lemon peel expressed & discarded
Add all ingredients to a shaker
Add ice, and shake for about 10 seconds
Double-strain into a chilled coupe
garnish with lemon peel expressed over the glass then discarded
*PINEAPPLE SIMPLE SYRUP
1 cup sugar
1 cup Unsweetened Pineapple juice
Add pineapple juice & sugar to a pot
Put on stove and turn to medium-high heat
Cook on medium until sugar dissolves, then remove from heat
Let mixture come to room temperature fully
Then, store refrigerated in airtight container for 2-4 weeks
