Cerveza Highball

 
 
  • 1.75 oz reposado tequila

  • 3/4 oz lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz orange liqueur

  • 1/4 oz agave syrup

  • 3 dashes Rhubarb & Sea Salt bitters

  • Top with Cerveza (or any light Mexican-style beer)

Add all ingredients except beer to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into highball glass over fresh ice. Top with Cerveza. Garnish with a fresh lemon peel.
