Beehive Sazy

 
  • 1.5 oz Beehive Distilling Barrel Reserve Gin

  • 1/2 oz Cognac

  • 1/4 oz Demerara syrup

  • 2 dashes Charred & Currant bitters

  • 2 dashes Apricot Vanilla bitters

  • Spritz of Absinthe

Spritz (or rinse) chilled snifter or rocks with absinthe, set aside. Add rest of ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and stir just to incorporate. Strain into prepared glass. Express a lemon peel over the top and discard.
