Hibiscus & Yuzu is a seasonal flavor we offer from June - September every year, unless it sells out before that. We make smaller batch sizes and once that batch is gone, it’s gone until next year.

 

Try It In

Food:

  • Excellent in baked goods and frostings

  • Great with chicken, salmon, pork & all kinds of veggie dishes

Drinks:

  • tequila, rum, vodka, gin, and whiskey

  • Makes a great gin old-fashioned

  • Try it in a margarita, punch, martini or use it in sparkling water

NEW to the Bitters Lab family, Hibiscus & Yuzu made it’s first appearance via the Bitters Lab Club™ in what some might say was the worst year ever… 2020, the pandemic year! It was such a hit with the Bitters Lab Club, we knew we had to bring this on as a seasonal flavor.

Dried Hibiscus flowers, yuzu, vanilla beans, local honey and a few other select herbs, spices, bitter roots & barks make this flavor one you can be sure will cool you off in summer months.
