Solstice Tea Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 2 oz Japanese whisky

• 4 droppers hojicha tea bitters

• 1 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

1. add all ingredients to a mixing glass

2. add ice & stir for about 15 rotations until well chilled

3. strain into fresh rocks glass over large ice cube

4. garnish with orange peel expressed over the glass
