Solstice Dry Rub

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs dry spice mix

  • 1 - 2 tsp hojicha tea bitters*

Instructions

  1. Mix dry spice & bitters in a bowl together until well combined and wet-sand texture is reached

    *amount of bitters needed to achieve wet-sand texture may vary, start small and add more as needed

  2. Use to coat meat or raw veggies before grilling, roasting, etc.
