Black Sesame Brittle
Ingredients
1/3 cup toasted black sesame seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 pinch flaky sea salt
1 TBS Spring Equinox roasted black sesame & seaweed bitters
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, salt, sesame seeds & bitters together
Spread out in an even layer on a parchment lined baking sheet
Place in oven and bake at 425 for about 6-8 minutes or until bubbly & browned along edges
Let cool, then break apart into pieces and sprinkle on top of yogurt, ice cream, savory dishes or even use as a cocktail garnish
