Winter Solstice Negroni

 

Ingredients

1 oz Aged Rum
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Bitter Red Liqueur*
4 sleeves Winter Solstice Persimmon Ginger Bitters

Garnish: orange peel

Glassware: rocks

*such as Campari, St. Agrestis Bitter Inferno, etc.

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass

  2. Add ice and stir for 15 seconds

  3. Strain into rocks glass over one large fresh ice cube

  4. Garnish with an orange peel expressed over the glass and placed inside
