Rhubarb Gin & Tonic

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin

• splash of fresh grapefruit juice

• 4 dashes Rhubarb & Sea Salt bitters

• Tonic water

Instructions

1. Add first 3 ingredients to rocks glass

2. add ice & stir

3. top with tonic water

4. garnish with dried lemon wheel or fresh grapefruit wedge
