Rhubarb Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 4 TBS Olive oil

  • 2 TBS vinegar

  • 4 TBS rhubarb & sea salt bitters

  • pinch of fresh pepper

  • pinch of freshly chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients in a tightly-lidded container OR whisk together in a small bowl.

  2. Let stand 10 minutes to blend flavors.

  3. Shake again then dress salad as desired.

Recommended veggies: Butter lettuce, carrots, English peas, reddish, tangerine, English cucumber
