Happy Autumn
Welcome to our September Newsletter where fun adventures await us!
We have quite a few classes on the docket: from Autumn Cocktails, to The Sidecar and finally a two-part series all about Dessert & Nightcap Cocktails.
We’re planning on being at every Saturday SLC Farmers Market this month, and will have with us, our Autumn Seasonal flavor Plum & Oak bitters, plus the remainder of our Mulberry Molasses!
Our Autumn Equinox Bitters Lab Club™ Flavor will be released on September 23rd… more details coming soon.
Also, perhaps one of the most exciting things we have to share with you is that we’ll be taking the Apricot Vanilla Bitters out of the barrel they’ve been in for a full year! We’ll start the bottling & packaging process at the end of the month, and pre-orders will open on September 25th! Bitters will start shipping by October 1st #savethedate

August was good to us; we took our annual summer break to rest, recharge and celebrate! Fathom turned 30, Andrea (our founder) turned 40, and Abe got married! Whew… so much fun!
For the summer break, we had a sale with a portion of the proceeds going to The Spice Kitchen Incubator - We're excited to announce we were able to donate $100 to them, thank you for your contribution.
We introduced a limited-edition Mulberry Molasses Bitters in partnership with The Green Urban Lunchbox - there are a few bottles left, snag ‘em before they’re gone forever!
We also received the silver medal in the 2023 USA Spirits Rating Competition. We entered three flavors: Aromatic, Barrel Aged Burnt Honey Hops, and Barrel Aged Apple - each flavor won the silver medal. We are thrilled with this news and honored to call ourselves a national award winning brand!
Well, that’s it for us this go around - we’ll send separate announcements for Bitters Lab Club and Barrel Aged bitters as we have more information to share : )
xo, Andrea
