To say we’re excited for this month’s newsletter is an understatement!
What we’re most excited about is our Mother’s Day Pop-Up event on Saturday, May 13th. If you haven’t heard the good word, we have a handful of local makers joining us for this event plus, you can pre-ordersome delicious snacks from our friends Maven Oak & Pie Party. We’re also serving up FREE (zero proof) drinks during the event, so be sure you stop by.
Tomorrow we OPEN our Production Lab for in person shopping & tours for all you locals. Yay, how fun!

THE SHOP IS OPEN
We’ve made it even easier to pick up products from us if you’re in Utah, you can now shop with us in person. We’ve opened up our Production Lab for shopping & you can even take a tour if you wanna, how fun!
Our hours of operation are:
Swing by every Tuesday or Thursday from 10 am - 4 pm
Make an appointment (HERE) to visit us on a Wednesday or Friday.
Starting in June, you can come see us every Saturday at the Downtown SLC Farmers Market.
We are so excited to be returning for our NINTHseason at the Downtown SLC Summer Farmers Market at Pioneer Park.
The market kicks off on Saturday, June 3rd, from 8 am to 2 pm June - October.
We are closed Sunday & Monday.
This is perfect for all you locals who don’t want to pay for shipping costs, or if you want to just see what we’re up to!
Our team can’t wait to see you.

COCKTAIL RECIPE
The Paper Thin cocktail uses one of our spring flavors, Rhubarb & Sea Salt… it’s a delectable and refreshing play on the classic Tom Collins perfect for spring. Enjoy.
PAPER THIN
2 oz Gin
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
3 dashes Rhubarb & Sea Salt Bitters
Top w/Fever Tree Lemon Tonic Water
Garnish: Lemon wheel & maraschino cherry
Add all ingredients except tonic water to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake for 10 seconds, then strain into collins glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with lemon tonic water and garnish with a fresh lemon wheel & cocktail cherry.
