Happy New Year & January 2022 News

We hope your New Year has gotten off to a great start!

2021 was a crazy year for us all, but here at Bitters Lab we found solace by diving deeper into connecting with our community (YOU) through the world of cocktails. Some highlights from 2021 include:

Learning the story of Nearest Green from his great-great granddaughter and Master Blender for Uncle Nearest Distillery, Victoria Eady Butler.
Being able to hire 3 employees; and together making 65 batches of bitters AND bottling an unbelievable 14,955 bottles of bitters!!
We taught 54 virtual cocktail workshops (holy shit!), including many collaborations like our amazing cinco de mayo class with LaShana from Do It For The Cocktail Culture!
We also had the pleasure of welcoming the one and only Fawn Weaver into the Bitters Lab during her CEO tour!
We launched an amazing new website - thanks to Liz Marie Strategy.
And, thanks to all of you we were able to donate over $7k to non-profits this year - the most we’ve ever been able to give back - WOW!

No wonder we’re so damn tired… so we are taking a little winter break. We’ll be closed for a couple weeks to rest, recharge and get the Lab and Studio back in working order after our whirlwind December (online orders will still go out during this time.)

We wanted to express our immense gratitude for all of you; customers, wholesale accounts, collaborators and partnerships - without you, we wouldn’t be here, so THANK YOU for standing by us through another year!

We already have some incredible things in the works for 2022 (check some of it out below!) We can’t wait to see you all soon…

Virtual Workshops

We have some really fun virtual workshops planned for the first few months of the year!

Our 2-part Low ABV & Amaro series starts on Wednesday, January 26th and goes through Feb 2nd! This is one of our favorite classes to teach, we’re super excited about it!
And our Valentine’s Day Class is on Friday, February 11th - this will be perfect to do with your lover, your friends or a date for yourself.
