Our very first flavor, released in 2015. This is a classic bitters style, created with old-world cocktail techniques and original medicinal bitters in mind. Our Aromatic bitters have a deep complex flavor with earthy wood notes mirrored with lovely hints of cinnamon, anise, citrus & clove. This is a perfect everyday flavor.

Behind the Bitters
We start with pitted cherries, then add a delightful amount of fresh orange peel, some perfect Vietnamese cinnamon, then throw in some baking spices (cinnamon, clove, anise & more) next we add a few carefully selected herbs, spices, bitter roots & barks such as gentian root to bring this familiar but unique flavor together.
